By accessing or using the services provided by Cloud and Linux ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Cloud and Linux provides managed IT services including but not limited to cloud infrastructure management, Linux system administration, cybersecurity, and AI service desk solutions. The scope of services is defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between the Company and the client.

We are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information. We do not share, sell, or disclose any client data, business information, or operational details to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
All content, tools, scripts, configurations, and documentation created by Cloud and Linux remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud and Linux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and we will provide reasonable assistance with data transition.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
